• Application Verdünnung: Application: Monitor MTF-1 transcriptional activity. Screen for activators or inhibitors of the MTF-1 signaling pathway. Culture conditions: Cells should be grown at 37C with 5% CO2 using DMEM medium (w/ L-Glutamine, 4.5g/L Glucose and Sodium Pyruvate)
