Anwendungsbeschreibung: Specific for endogenous levels of the ~140 kDa NR2C subunit of the NMDA receptor phosphorylated at Ser1244. Immunolabeling is blocked by preadsorption with the phosphopeptide used as antigen, but not by the corresponding non-phosphopeptide.
