Our NAD+/NADH Assay Kit detects NAD+ and NADH in cell and tissue lysates. Total NAD+/NADH can be detected or samples can be treated with an acid or base treatment to specifically detect NAD+ or NADH. This assay uses an enzymatic cycling reaction that red
