An anti-HBVcAg monoclonal coating antibody is adsorbed onto a microtiter plate. HBV core antigen present in the sample or standard binds to the antibodies adsorbed on the plate, a FITC-conjugated mouse anti-HBVcAg antibody is added and binds to the antig
