An anti-HCVcAg monoclonal coating antibody is adsorbed onto a microtiter plate. HCV core antigen present in the sample or standard binds to the antibodies adsorbed on the plate, a FITC-conjugated mouse anti-HCVcAg antibody is added and binds to the antig
