• Anwendungsbeschreibung: UCB9608 is a potent (IC50 = 5 nM), highly selective, and orally bioavailable inhibitor of the phosphatidylinositol kinase PI4KIIIß.1 It acts as a potent immunosuppressive agent (IC50 = 37 nM human mixed lymphocyte reaction (HuMLR) assay) and was able to
