Streptavidin is a 55 kDa (subunit MW 14 kDa) biotin-binding protein isolated from Streptomyces avidini. Streptavidin is superior to avidin, because it does not contain carbohydrate like avidin and has no net charge at neutral pH. Anwendungsbeschreibung

• Anwendungsbeschreibung: WB: 1:1,000- 1:10,000 (0.1-1.0 µg/ml). ELISA: 1:2,000-1:20,000 (50-500 ng/ml). IHC: 1:200-1:1,000 (1-5 µg/ml). *Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.Not tested in other applications.
