Total cell lysates from Jurkat cells were incubated with Rabbit Anti-Human DR5-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 6600-01), resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with Rat Anti-Human Caspase-2-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 17100-01). Proteins were visualized using Goat Anti-Rat IgM-HRP (SB Cat. No. 3020-05) secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection.
