FLISA plate was coated with Goat Anti-Human IgG-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 2040-08) and purified/unlabeled Rat IgG1κ. Biotin conjugated antibody and purified immunoglobulin were detected with serially diluted Streptavidin-TXRD (SB Cat. No. 7105-07).
