Fibronectin (FN) also known as LETS, is identified on the surface FN of fibroblasts by labeling with radioactive compounds or specific antibodies. Fibronectin is a 430kD dimeric glycoprotein that exists in 2 forms, termed cellular and plasma fibronectin.
