May modulate lipogenesis by interacting with MID1IP1 and preventing its interaction with ACACA. May function as transcriptional coactivator. May modulate the transcription factor activity of THRB. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-146 from human THRSP, fused to GST-Tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
