Produktbeschreibung

Hanks Balanced Salt Solution is designed for use with cells maintained in non-CO2 atmospheric conditions. Phenol red has been shown to interfere with the growth of some cells at cloning densities. Calcium and magnesium support cell adhesion. H1801 is also recommended to minimize cell attachment or aggregation. HBSS requires 0.35g/L of sodium bicarbonate and pH adjustment prior to filtration.
