This biotinylated universal secondary antibody binds equally well to both mouse IgG (H+L) and rabbit IgG (H+L) primary antibodies. This antibody has significant cross-reactivity for rodent IgG and is not recommended for use in staining rodent tissue.

Note: This product is the same biotinylated secondary antibody included in the VECTASTAIN® Elite ABC Kit (Universal; PK-6200) and VECTASTAIN® ABC-AP Kit (Universal; AK-5200), but is not the same as that provided in the VECTASTAIN®Universal Quick Kit, PK-8800.
10 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.8, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.08% sodium azide, 3 mg/ml bovine serum albumin.
Recommended Usage
The recommended concentration range for use is 10-20 µg/ml.If this biotinylated antibody is to be used in tissues, which may contain cross-reacting endogenous immunoglobulins, dilution of this biotinylated antibody may be made in buffers containing 2% normal serum from the same species as the tissue. Note:This product is the same solution as that provided in the VECTASTAIN® Universal ABC Elite® kit (cat. no. PK-6200) and VECTASTAIN® Universal ABC-AP kit (cat. no. AK-5200).
