No. SP-5030) is recommended. Recommended diluent for microtitration plate assays: 10 mM phosphate, 0.15 M NaCl, pH 7.5, 0.1% Tween 20.Working concentration of HRP-anti goat IgG is 0.5-5.0 µg/ml.
