Description

Our high affinity polyclonal anti-biotin antibody is produced by hyperimmunizing goats with biotin and is purified by affinity chromatography. The unconjugated antibody can be detected with a VECTASTAIN® ABC system or the ImmPRESS® Anti-Goat Ig polymer detection system (MP-7405) for blot, immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization applications.

This product is recommended for use in transfer blot applications (northern, Southern, western, dot blots, etc.), immunohistochemical, and in situ hybridization applications. The recommended concentration range for use is 0.5-5 µg/ml.This reagent can be detected with a VECTASTAIN® ABC System or the ImmPRESS™ Anti-Goat IgG Polymer Detection System (Cat. No. MP-7405).
