SARS-CoV-2 ELISA Kits

Diagnostic ELISA Kits (CE IVD)

Our partner's diagnostic ELISA kits detect SARS-CoV-2 IgM, IgG, or whole antibodies in human serum and are recommended for the differential diagnosis of patients with suspected COVID-19 infection. The assays have been manually validated, but can be adapted for automated systems.

GA Cov-2 Two Step ELISA from Bioserv UK

The diagnostic workflow of the GA-CoV-2 ELISA comprises 3 screenings for all immunodominant proteins of SARS-CoV-2 (N, S1, S2) and achieves an overall specificity of 99%. The screening round includes both IgM and IgG with a sensitivity of 98%, ten days after infection.
The GA CoV-2 IgG+ confirmation test confirms IgG antibodies against -N, -S1 and -S2 individually. A positive result for -S1 or -S2 is the strongest confirmation of COVID-19 recovery despite possible previous exposure to other corona viruses.
