BIOZOL ACQUIRES ALPHASCIENCE, A GERMAN DISTRIBUTOR OF DIAGNOSTIC PRODUCTS, TO FURTHER EXPAND ITS POSITION IN THE INTERNATIONAL DIAGNOSTICS MARKET

BIOZOL Diagnostica Vertrieb GmbH (Teil von Calibre Scientific) is pleased to announce the acquisition of AlphaScience GmbH. Based in the Frankfurt/Rhine-Main metropolitan region, AlphaScience is an established player in the distribution of diagnostic products in German-speaking countries. With this acquisition, BIOZOL further expands its leading position in the international research and diagnostics market. AlphaScience complements BIOZOL with a large number of new supplier relationships, tremendous product expertise and technically highly qualified employees. Both organisations benefit from significant synergy effects, optimising the offering for their users and suppliers.
