Magnetofection Starter Kits from OZ Biosciences

Our partner OZ Biosciences' ViroMag and AdenoMag transduction reagents are optimized for primary and hard to transfect cells. Based on OZ Biosciences' Magnetofection™ technology, these reagents allows concentrating the complete applied dose of viral particles onto cells within minutes, and are available as easy to handle starter kits.

 

ViroMag Transduction Reagent for viral vectors

ViroMag Transduction Reagent is a magnetic nanoparticles formulation dedicated to increase virus infection and transduction capacities; it is suitable for all types of virus. The ViroMag R/L variant of the product is optimized for Retroviruses and Lentiviruses.

Based on the Magnetofection™ technology, Viro Mag transduction reagent allows concentrating the complete applied dose of viral particles onto cells within minutes, inducing a significant improvement of virus transduction with extremely low vector doses. Due to its specific properties, ViroMag is ideal to infect non permissive cells. This reagents demonstrates an exceptionally high efficiency to promote, control and assist viral transductions so that no molecular biology processes or biochemical modifications are required. The reagent needs to be used with a magnetic plate. Starter Kits are available for your convenience with a magnetic plate included.

AdenoMag Transduction Reagent for Adenovirus and AAV

AdenoMag Transfection Reagent is a magnetic nanoparticles formulation specifically dedicated to enhance Adenovirus and Adeno Associated Virus (AAV) infection and transduction capacities. Due to its specific properties, AdenoMag is applicable to all adenoviral and AAV vectors and is ideal to infect non permissive cells. This reagent demonstrates an exceptionally high efficiency to promote, control and assist Adenoviral and AAV transductions in a way that no molecular biology processes or biochemical modifications are required. The reagent needs to be used with a magnetic plate. Starter Kits are available for your convenience with a magnetic plate included.
