Double distilled water is recommended to adjust the final concentration to 1.00mg/mL.
Application Notes:
In indirect ELISA, the antibody is reactive to serine383 phosphorylated human ELK-1 peptide conjugated with KLH or the peptide- BSA conjugate. The conjugates were coated at 1µg/ml in pH 9.5 carbonate buffer. Other applications have not been evaluated.
