Synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PPARgamma around the phosphorylation site of Serine 112.
Conjugation:
Unconjugated
Alternative Names:
Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma, Short name=PPAR-gamma, Nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group C member 3, PPARG, NR1C3, PPAR gamma, PPARgamma
Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARgamma) is a member of the ligand-activated nuclear receptor superfamily and functions as a transcriptional activator. PPARgamma is preferentially expressed in adipocytes as well as in vascular smooth muscle cells
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Form:
Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2.
Application Dilute:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IP: 1:50~1:200
Application Notes:
PPARgamma(Phospho-Ser112) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of PPARgamma protein only when phosphorylated at Ser112.
