Synthetic peptide, corresponding to the N-terminus of Human RPA2.
Conjugation:
Unconjugated
Alternative Names:
Replication protein A 32 kDa subunit, RP-A p32, RF-A protein 2, RPA2, REPA2, RPA32, RPA34
RPA is a major damage-recognition protein involved in the early stages of nucleotide excision repair. It can also play a role in telomere maintenance. The C-terminus of RPA 32 can specfically intereact with the DNA repair enzyme UNG2 and repair factors X
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Form:
Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2
Application Dilute:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IHC: 1:50~1:200 IF: 1:50~1:200
Application Notes:
RPA2 (A17) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of RPA2 protein.
