Recombinant protein corresponding to human Lamin B1.
Conjugation:
Unconjugated
Alternative Names:
LMN2, LMNB, Lamin-B1
Lamins are components of the nuclear lamina, a fibrous layer on the nucleoplasmic side of the inner nuclear membrane, which is thought to provide a framework for the nuclear envelope and may also interact with chromatin.
The antibody was affinity-purified from mouse antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Form:
Liquid in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
Application Dilute:
WB (1/2000 - 1/5000), IP (1/50 - 1/200)
Application Notes:
Recognizes endogenous levels of Lamin B1 protein.
