• Application Notes: Flow cytometry: PBMC: Add 10 µl of antibody to 1 million PBMCs in 100 µl PBS. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at 2 to 8oC. Wash twice with PBS, incubate with an appropriate concentratio with a fluorochrome conjugated secondary antibody, wash again
