This antibody was produced by injecting Armenian hamsters intraperitoneally with a mixture of two murine CD27 tag-expressing Armenian hamster fibroblast clones (AR0524 and AR0530) in Freunds adjuvant.
This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Hamster IgG format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
