• Application Dilute: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.|Western Blot: In transfected MCF7 transiently expressing Human UGT8 a band of approx. 65kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected MCF7. The calculated molecular size is 61
