C5aR2, also known as C5L2, is one of two receptors for C5a (anaphylatoxin). It is coexpressed with C5aR1 (CD88) in neutrophils, as well as e.g. in mast cells, astrocytes, or macrophages, and seems to have both pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory roles
Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
