Un-treated (-) and treated (+, 0.01 O2 treatment for 24h) HepG2 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HIF2 alpha antibody (GTX30114) diluted by 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-transfected (-) and HIF2A-transfected (+, including Myc-DDK-tag) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HIF2 alpha antibody (GTX30114) diluted by 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
