Buffer:
Each vial contains 100µg 1mg/ml BSA-Indole-3-butyric acid conjugate in PBS, pH 7.4. The conjugate was purified and isolated using a Biorad Econo-Pac 10DG column with HSB as mobile phase according to the recommendations of the manufacturer.
Application Notes:
The BSA-Indole-3-butyric acid conjugate is suitable as a standard for use in Western blotting and ELISA. Optimal protein dilutions for the different applications should be determined by titration.
