ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgA, IgG, and IgM. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgA-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1040-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05).
Frozen NZB/WF1 mouse spleen section was stained with Goat Anti-Mouse IgA-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1040-08) followed by PE conjugated streptavidin.
