• Buffer: Frozen stock solution of buffer containing: 250mM HEPES, pH7.5, 250mM NaCl, 10mM MgCl2, 2.5mM EGTA, 125µg/mL BSA and 0.2% Triton X-100. Add to final concentration of 0.25mM DTT (Catalog D86-09) to the aliquot prior to use. Supplied in separate vial.
