Loureirin A is a flavonoid extracted from the red resin of the herbs of Dracaena cochinchinensis, which is known as Dragons Blood. Loureirin A inhibits platelet activation by an impairment of PI3K/Akt signaling. Loureirin A inhibits Akt phosphorylation.
