DMAPT (Dimethylamino Parthenolide) is an orally active NF-kappaB inhibitor and a Parthenolide (PTL) analogue with an LD50 value of 1.7 µM for primary acute myeloid leukemia cells. It has potential anti-tumor and anti-metastatic effects.
