Isololiolide has phytotoxicity, it inhibited seedling growth of cress and barnyard grass. It also showed in vitro activity against both trypomastigote and intracellular amastigotes of Trypanosoma cruzi, with IC50 values of 32 µM and 40 µM, respectively.
