SSSCA1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 8-37 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human SSSCA1.
This antigen is recognized by a subset of anti-centromere antibodies from patients with scleroderma and/or Sjogrens syndrome. Subcellular localization has not yet been established. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
