Product Description

Ifng, also known as interferon gamma, is secreted by lymphocytes stimulated by mitogen and is involved in the differentiation, maturation, and proliferation of hematopoietic cells. This protein is a soluble cytokine with antiviral, immunoregulatory and anti-tumor properties and is a potent activator of macrophages. Mutations in this gene are associated with aplastic anemia. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa23-155 from mouse Ifng protein, fused to His-Tag, expressed in E. coli.
