Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) is a 33kD single-chain serine proteinase, mainly secreted by the prostate gland (7). PSA serum levels are abnormally elevated in patients with prostate cancer, benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) and patients with prostate
