Horseradish Peroxidase Streptavidin (HRP Streptavidin) is produced by our own coupling procedure which preserves the high specific activity of the peroxidase. Using biotinylated primary or secondary intermediates and peroxidase-labeled streptavidin, antigens can be localized in histological sections, cytospin preparations, or smears.
Features:
Avidin and streptavidin reagents are powerful tools to detect or purify biotinylated proteins, nucleic acids, and other macromolecules
Horseradish Peroxidase Streptavidin is offered as a concentrate (1 mg/ml) or in a ready-to-use (R.T.U.), prediluted, stabilized solution in a dropper bottle
Immunohistochemistry / Immunocytochemistry, In situ hybridization, Blotting Applications, Elispot, ELISAs
Recommended Usage
For most applications the recommended incubation time is 30 minutes. Do not use sodium azide with this product since it is an inhibitor of horseradish peroxidase. FOR LABORATORY USE.
