Determination of anti-HCP coverage

Host cell proteins (HCPs) are process-related impurities, expressed by the host cell used for production of biopharmaceutical proteins. While the majority of these HCPs are removed during the purification process, there are still residual HCP amounts remaining in the distributed products, with unknown effects on protein stability or immunogenicity in the patients.
